No bar, no restaurant, no terrace, no snack bar/deli & no free offsite parking per Expedia’s description. The room provided was inferior to that paid for. Coffee machine provided in the room but no coffee. Room & breakfast area both had grubby floors. Staff were edgy & not particularly friendly which made the atmosphere uncomfortable most of the time. Basic communication only. Very noisy surroundings from very early in the morning, i.e. 4 a.m. All-in-all a disappointment & won’t stay there again.

Parfait ! Rapport qualité/prix IMBATTABLE !

C’est déjà la troisième fois que je pose mes valises dans cet hôtel, et, une fois encore, la magie opère. Avec son élégante façade en brique rouge, typique de la période de la Reconstruction, l’établissement s’intègre harmonieusement dans le paysage architectural du boulevard de Strasbourg. À l’intérieur, tout respire le soin et l’attention : propreté irréprochable, confort soigné, et un accueil toujours aussi chaleureux, sincère et souriant. La nuit s’y déroule dans un calme absolu — l’insonorisation y est remarquable —, loin du tumulte du boulevard pourtant tout proche. La décoration, douce et feutrée, invite naturellement au repos. On s’y sent bien, apaisé, comme enveloppé d’une bulle de sérénité. Difficile d’imaginer, à un prix aussi raisonnable, un niveau de qualité aussi élevé, et surtout aussi constant. L’emplacement, lui aussi, est idéal : à quelques pas de la gare, et à une agréable quinzaine de minutes à pied du quartier Perret. La promenade le long du boulevard, bordée de bâtiments d’avant-guerre, de constructions de la Reconstruction et d’édifices contemporains, vaut à elle seule le détour. L’hôtel propose un service de restauration, mais les environs regorgent de tables conviviales et variées. Bref, un véritable pied-à-terre pour ma part, étant amené à me rendre plusieurs fois par an au Havre — et toujours avec le même plaisir de retrouver cette adresse.

Sincèrement, hôtel super bien situé, proche de tout, personnel sympathique, aidant, l'état de la chambre est impeccable... Par contre, je suis désolé, mais pour le petit déjeuner, c'est violent... Très peu de choix et extrêmement cher pour les enfants... 13 € même prix que pour un adulte, et ça pour un verre de jus d'orange, un café et un croissant...

Hôtel ne méritant pas sa place à côté de la gare

Franchement depuis que je vais à l’hôtel c’est la première fois je vois un hôtel aussi sale. La propreté c’est un gros travail à revoir avec les femmes de ménages . Là chambre était remplie de saleté , trop du bruit pendant la nuit, difficile de dormir la fenêtre fermée à cause de la chaleur .C’est dommage , le service à revoir , une seule personne qui est au four et au moulin, normalement pour elle de ne pas s’en sortir. Une seule personne elle était à la fois réceptionniste, barman et cafetière. C’est inadmissible et pas du professionnel.

Très bien accueilli. Cependant le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas alors je suis descendu prévenir de ce problème. On m’a dit quelqu’un viendra… mais personne n’est venu. Les draps ne sentaient pas bon du tout, dommage le lit était douillet. Très peu isolé on entend les chambres du dessus,dessous et à côté. Après pour le prix ça fait l’affaire.
