-Terrible service - On the day we got in, we waited nearly 20 minutes to order a cocktail when it wasn't that busy. Bartenders/Servers stood around talking and just looked at us with dumbfounded faces. We were told you scan with a barcode to order drinks from outside or it was table service inside. We started inside and wound up just going outside because it was quicker to order ourselves. On day two, same issue. This time, we wanted to stay inside, due to the weather. We had to get up twice to ask if we were getting service. We were told they'd be there soon but never showed up. After roughly 25 minutes, we wound up leaving and took our business elsewhere throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, the staff seems to have very lazy-like attitudes and don't seem to care about guest experience.
-No Housekeeping on the first day. We had to fetch our own clean towels from downstairs. On the second day, we got Housekeeping. They did not give us fresh towels, and the bed looked like it was made by a child. You can tell the service was rushed.
-Waited around getting Starbucks during check out while Associates were nearby not tending to us.
During check out, my patience was wearing thin from all of the weekend issues that were piling up, so I got upset at one of the Worker's who proceeded to be argumentative with me.
