I was not aware that this was a coach trip destination. My room (122) was more than a trek from reception, the odd layout of stairwells and doors to traverse, got me lost a couple of times. The landings smelt damp. The bathroom really was not pleasant, needed replacing.
The lady running breakfast was verging on rude, instead of policing the door to the restaurant, not allowing anyone in until 8am sharp, she could have let myself and the coachload of people stood behind me, blocking the corridor, at least get seated. I missed to get the name of the nice chap running the bar on Monday evening, but I would like to pass on that he was welcoming, friendly and inclusive.
