Group of friends staying over for a 3 days seminar in town, we chose this residence for its location and mix of inventory in apartments. The studios are of a good set up. The bathroom and shower is spacious. The mattresses and linen of good quality. The kitchenette is well equipped and allows one to cook with all equipment provided. You can also order food and drinks at the reception. The set up of 14 series is a bit awkward for a twin with a wall separation, Not the best for a couple but ok for friends. Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do a room change as the hotel was full. The hotel has no AC and the room was extremely hot. We got to know from other friends staying with our group that we could borrow fans with a 20 euro deposit for each piece. The residence welcomes short and long term residents. It kind be very noisy with some neighbors especially during weekends. Try to avoid rooms facing the outdoor car park. Overall the stay was not bad. Unfortunately I had a very bad interaction with the check out receptionist, Despite the fact that I had informed the hotel of a change in one of my booking. I was overcharged. When I tried to discuss with the employee, she was very stubborn, unpolite and unprofessional with me and did not solve the issue. Staff is overall not well trained and unprofessional. understand that Horeca in France is going through challenges but there is no reason that the customer being treated this way. Unacceptable. Will not return.

Ça s’est très bien passé les seuls défauts, je dirais que c’est la douche un peu petite au niveau du passage des portes mais ça va et ce serait un + de remplacer la cafetière part une cafetière à dosettes. La prise de la lampe de chevet ne m’inspirait pas confiance alors j’ai préféré la laisser débranché.

Résidence hôtel de standard sans charme

Résidence hôtel situé sur les hauteurs d'Annecy que l'on peut rejoindre avec le bus numéro 2. C'est une résidence absolument sans charme, pratique car pas trop cher mais aucune décoration, c'est une ambiance froide. On se recroirait presque dans une colonie de vacances ! Un grand lit confortable qui occupe une grande partie de la chambre. Un espace cuisine pratique avec très peu de vaisselle. Une salle de bain correcte. Un parking extérieur à 3 € la nuit. Sur un côté de l'hôtel, il y a un générateur de la résidence senior d'à côté qui fait du bruit en permanence. Pas de balcon. Petite vue sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner est à 12,90 € mais on ne l'a pas testé. L'endroit où on va pour être annecy et ne pas payer trop cher mais il ne faut pas en attendre autre chose.
