If I could give 0 stars I would! First of all, they charged me twice!!! I booked the hotel through Hotels.com for my sister who was visiting from Mexico. But when she got there they said she had to give a deposit, so she did. Second of all, their staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. My nephew is an autistic boy so he can be loud and playful sometimes, the manager told my sister her son wasn’t allow to be around the lobby and hallways so it was best to keep him inside the room. Third, they couldn’t sleep at all. Their room was next to the laundry room and so there was so much noise, my sister went to the office at 2am to let them know the situation, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. In addition, at the end of her stay, she went to return the key and they charged her again for the room. This is beyond upsetting. Best believe I’ll seek legal matters into this due to discrimination.
