Terrific location on the St.Lawrence river. The area is good, from the exterior, this hotel is terrific. Inside the rooms though, need some small repairs that are not done. I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year, esch roim I have stayed in need some repairs. Nothing to put you in danger, but there are broken stuff.

Location is great, close to restaurants and the spa. However one of the latches for the patio doors in my ground floor room was broken/missing, but luckily it was a double door. Other than that, my stay was wonderful. Decent variety for breakfast

Beautiful property and great location. Reception personnel were nice. Service was highly lacking for the cleaning of the rooms and the replenishing of coffee and toiletries as one might expect in a hotel that represents itself as a Chateau (one room visit during 9 day stay). Depositing of room garbage each day outside of room door in the hallway was not up to par for this type of hotel.
