Uncomfortable experience

The place is really nice and clean. However, the unfortunate thing happened beyond their control. There was a black out in the district and the hotel have no generator. Weekend in one night and arrived at 4pm. The black out occurred from 8pm to past our check out time which checked out at 3:30am as we have to catch a bus to Machu Picchu. It was a very uncomfortable experience that should have at least had a remedy or other special accommodations or some compensations for the guests.

Convenient hotel near the train station

Convenient hotel to the train station. We had a quiet room and the room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the hot water took a very long time to come out of the shower. I shared with the front desk and hey came to look / then it didn’t take so long but I still had the same problem after. The cleaning staff were in a hurry the last day / had to ask for towels and return a bottle of cleaner as well as get a roll of toilet paper.

Unbelievably Quiet for Being Above the Train

I worried I wouldn't be able to sleep due to train noise. The hotel assured me it was a quiet room. It actually was very quiet! The location, the comort, and the room with a balcony made this place a winner. The breakfast was not our favorite. Eggs were good if there was any available. The papaya and cucumbers were fresh and yummy, so there were some options one could find, but avoid the rubber-like toast! All said, we'd go back to this hotel.

This place worked perfect for a one night stay to see Machu Picchu! Right beside the train station! Short walk to catch the bus up to Machu Picchu. The Hotel staff was very helpful, kept our luggage while we spent the day at Machu Picchu. Breakfast was great. We had a suite which was great and roomy.

This place was pretty decent, felt safe, right behind the train station and close to the large market but the rooms had a musty smell (likely from the damp of the area) otherwise, clean and accomodating. Staff were amazing and addressed all our concerns, let us know about the wifi, were available 24/7, we had access to water and the breakfast times and options were pretty good.

Melinda and the hotel staff took great care of us during our stay. The hotel is just steps from reataurants, the train station and the bus to Machu Pichu. I was concerned about train noise, but it was never an issue. The noise proof windows worked great. The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They allowed us to keep one of our rooms after check out time so we had a place to rest until it was time for our train. We had a great experience at Inti Punku Hotel and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Machu Pichu!

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Inti Punku Machu Picchu não foi boa. A única vantagem é a localização, bem em frente à estação de trem. Isso facilita muito a logística para quem chega ou sai de Machu Picchu, pois é possível deixar as malas no hotel antes do passeio e pegá-las facilmente ao retornar. Nesse ponto, o hotel é prático. No entanto, o quarto deixou muito a desejar: extremamente pequeno, com carpete úmido e cheiro desagradável, semelhante a mofo e suor. O ambiente é abafado e sem estrutura para um hotel que se apresenta como 3 ou 4 estrelas — na minha opinião, não merece essa classificação. Um ponto positivo do quarto foi o chuveiro, que realmente é muito bom, com água quente e boa pressão. Mas isso não compensa o desconforto geral. Além de faltar energia. Internet horrível. O café da manhã foi muito fraco, com pouquíssimas opções: basicamente um pão, uma fatia de queijo e presunto, poucas frutas, sucos ou variedade. Para quem vai enfrentar o passeio de Machu Picchu, o café da manhã é essencial — e este, infelizmente, decepciona bastante. Fiquei no quarto 202, e a experiência foi bastante desagradável. O cheiro era insuportável, e passar mais de uma noite ali seria impossível. Em resumo, só vale pela localização, mas não recomendo. Há opções bem melhores em Águas Calientes pelo mesmo preço.

Hotel bem localizado é esse deve ser o ponto principal da escolha. Mas as roupas de cama e banho precisam ser trocadas, já estão bem desgastadas. E se você tiver dificuldade para dormir escolha os quartos virados para o fundo em virtude do barulho dos trem.

Hotel simples, mas com ótima localização, bem em frente à estação de trem e com diversas opções de comércio e restaurantes a poucos passos de distância. O quarto é pequeno, mas o banheiro surpreende pelo tamanho. Ficamos em um quarto silencioso, mesmo voltado para a estação, o que garantiu uma boa noite de descanso. O café da manhã não oferece muitas opções, mas é suficiente para começar bem o dia. Apenas o check-out às 10h pode ser um pouco inconveniente para quem gostaria de descansar mais. No geral, é uma boa opção para quem pretende passar apenas uma noite em Aguascalientes, com praticidade e conforto básico.

Great rooms, with great views, very spacious, staff could use a little help, at one point there was a 10 year old child sitting in the front desk with YouTube at high volume!
