The Location was excellent very close to the port, most of the downtown area was within walking distance. The room was ample and provided us with what we needed. Breakfast was good with fruit, a variety of bread and pastry, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs Bacon.

This hotel was very clean and modern located right near the port. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The advertised pool and spa had very limited hours due to the holidays which was a little disappointing. The other important thing to mention is often when you book through Expedia the hotel often assigns you the least desirable rooms. This happened in our case as we were assigned the room right next to the elevator. Besides that, the hotel is a really great choice.

This hotel is very nice although it is a bit old comparing with others. The staff are very nice and friendly. The front desk lady help arranged a tour for us during the last minute request. The location is very very convenient next to the main port. There are plenty of restaurants near by within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean and fresh. Front desk was helpful, and breakfast had big selection to choose from. The only thing is you can hear other rooms opening and closing. If you light sleeper this might bother you.

The Canal Beagle Hotel is very convenient to the Port of Ushuaia. I stayed there both before and after a cruise to Antarctica. It was a mere 5-min walk to/from my ship. It is also a 10-min taxi drive to/from the airport. The hotel itself is somewhat older but squeaky clean and it has nice amenities such as a spa, pool, and workout facility. It should be noted that part of the hotel is being renovated and it should be real nice when completed. The continental breakfast is good with some hot items and there is a small deli on site. The people working reception speak fluent English and they will allow you to store your baggage in a locked room prior to check-in or after checking out. Ushuaia in general shows some wear and tear but I felt safe walking the area around the hotel. There is also a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby.

No geral foi boa, porém, durante o check-in houve algum problema interno que não reservaram o meu quarto de acordo com que eu havia reservado, depois de quase 1,5h conseguiram resolver me alocando em um quarto separado da minha família por dois dias e depois nos moveram para outro quarto que embora separado ainda tinha uma privacidade pois os quartos ficavam mais "reservado", porém, o um dos quartos, mesmo com a calefação ainda assim ficava muito frio e o outro não tinha pressão no chuveiro. No quarto dos primeiros dias era novo e moderno, já no dos restantes da estadia, era mais antigo

Funcionários sisudos.

Os funcionários da recepção soa muito enjoados. Parecem que não gostam de trabalhar no hotel. São sisudos e não gostam de tirar dúvidas. O cadê da manhã é muito repetitivo. Passei 6 dias e não aguentava mais. Não dá vontade de tomar café. Infelizmente não foi uma estadia boa.
