Really nice vibe when we arrived and very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Loved the family room set up. Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.

1st night I saw a mouse in the lobby; check-in was a bit messy with a lot of people waiting to get a room and only 2 people to help them. It would be helpful for guests and reception that they could give people room a bit before the check-in time, to avoid confusion and long waits.

Even with the sign of do not disturb they came in with no knock over 3 times in one day no exaggeration and even after I told the lobby they did it again they also pick and choose who gets buffet not pay charge just by choice I only asked to use coffee machine they gave me a small bag of coffee and cold water which was already done and the free juice smelled like mold the beds are not clean the staff is not nice nor caring

Je trouve déplorable d’avoir une chambre à ce prix avec vue sur la réception et sans rideau, moi qui ne supporte de dormir les volets fermés j’ai du rester avec les volets roulants fermés la nuit et le matin car si j’ouvre les volets roulants tout le monde me voit au niveau du hall de la réception je trouve cela inadmissible et une table qui est bringbalante et une femme de ménage qui ouvre ma porte de chambre à 9h sans même taper à la porte alors que j’étais en pyjama un manque d’information sur les chambres à faire en Check out et surtout avant l’heure qui est normalement 11h
