The bathroom was somewhat dirty. It was as though someone made a quick attempt to clean it. :( All other areas were clean and tidy. I was nice to have a full refrigerator, cook top, and dishwasher in the room. I would have liked a couple of full-size glasses (there were none). The room was quite spacious as well. This was my second stay at this hotel and would stay here again. All in all, it was a nice hotel and the location was very convenient!

We were here for the Eras Tour July 7-8. Understandably, all hotels were fully booked. However, I'm not sure if they were short-staffed on July 7 or not, but they were still very much struggling to clean rooms from earlier in the day. Needless to say, we did not have a room ready for us until 5:30 pm. Luckily, our concert was not until the 8th because we would not have had a room to get ready in The staff was extremely apologetic and friendly!! The hotel was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again, I just hope the staff gets the help they need to get the rooms turned around more on time❤️

Could have been Better

When we got to our room there was left over food in the fridge.Not good when you need to be COVID clean. The room was very comfortable. in the morning the coffee area was a mess and there was no coffee cups for the coffee. When i went to the front desk to get some no one was there and they did not answer the phone . So, i went out and got coffee.
