Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious.

Terrible experience

It was a very bad experience at every stage. We waited in line for a long time at the entrance. We were not informed enough about the facility. We had difficulty finding the room we would stay in. The luggage cabinets were too small, our luggage did not fit. When we entered the room, there were a few belongings of previous guests and no towels in the room. We talked about the situation, but 2 hours later the problem was still not solved. Finally, I went to the reception, which was very far from our room, and by speaking to another disinterested, sullen employee, we were able to get 4 small hand towels. We were literally disgraced in a place where we paid a lot of money to stay. The pools were mediocre, it was difficult to find empty sunbeds, food and drink were mediocre. You feel cold after getting out of the pool, the temperature is not enough. The radiators in the corridor as we entered the room were not working and it was very cold. We asked for a taxi at the check-out and they gave us a small piece of paper with 4 mobile phone numbers written on it. We searched and struggled to find a driver. It wasn't a holiday, it was a nightmare. I will never go there again. I also don't recommend it to anyone.

Scam hotel - DO NOT VISIT

Check in took more than 1hr in tropical heat Check in at the hotel part that we stayed at was closed and also breakfast, so we had to walk with the bags up and down in the pool area. The room was not properly cleaned and there were dust balls on the floor. Area for the smaller kids (which we have) was under construction and not possible to use. Worst possible service from the staff & way to much people for what was open. Plenty of things at the hotel that didn’t work, parkingmachine, Aloha Checkin, automatic checkout (only possible to check out automatic) Do not visit this scam hotel - not worth it

Leider war der Wasserhahn in der Unterkunft kaputt wie auch die Fernbedienung nur schwer zu bedienen war, aufgrund von leerer Batterie. Der Boden war extrem Sandig. Vor Ort wurde aus alles Geld geschöpft wie beim Buffet 35€ pro Person ohne Getränke und schlechter Qualität. Getränke konnte man sich überlegen einen Tages Becher im Wert von 19€ zu nehmen den man alle 30 min auffüllen konnte. Parken kostet bis zu 7€ täglich ebenfalls extra. Eigene Essen und Trinken mitzunehmen ist nicht erlaubt. Man sollte sich auf extrem lange Warte Zeiten einstellen bei uns 45 min nur für das Check in. Persönliche Meinung viel zu wenig und langsame Mitarbeiter, dafür sehr freundlich. Es war schön einmal das Tropical Island gesehen zu haben jedoch aufgrund von mangelnder Hygiene und weiteren Umständen würde ich nicht noch einmal dieses Besuchen.

Trevlig upplevelse för barnen men otroligt dyrt! Dåligt utbud på rutschkanor som bara var öppna en del av dagen. Alla priser var hutlösa i jämförelse till vad man får. Incheckningen var under all kritik där vi fick köa i nästan två timmar då endast två av fem diskar var öppna! Servicen var inte bra, vi träffade två trevliga personer på de 3 dagarna vi spenderade där. Vi hade ett familjerum vilket var bra men sängen var trasig, stopp i avloppet och ingen tvål i badrummet.

Check in dauerte viel zulange, dadurch konnten wir weniger Zeit im Tropical Islands verbringen. Im Zelt war es zu warm und die Lautstärke zu laut, selbst mit Ohrstöpsel. Die Internet Seite vom Tropical island hat wenig Informationen und könnte übersichtlicher sein. Service war ok und bemüht. Baden war ok, nur zu viele Menschenmassen, dadurch konnte man einiges nicht machen z.B. Wildwasserrutsche draussen. Essen war lecker und gut.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, mein heutiger Aufenthalt im Tropical Islands verlief alles andere als reibungslos – im Gegenteil: Aufgrund eines groben organisatorischen Fehlers Ihrerseits wurde mir und meiner Familie der halbe Urlaubstag verdorben. Ich bin heute gemeinsam mit meinem Partner und meinen beiden Kindern angereist und habe nach dem Besuch des Schwimmbades wie geplant unser gebuchtes Zimmer bezogen. Am Nachmittag legte ich meine einjährige Tochter dort zum Schlafen hin. Nach etwa 20 Minuten Schlaf erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass ich das Zimmer sofort räumen müsse, da es angeblich doppelt belegt sei. Ich musste daraufhin mein schlafendes Kleinkind wecken und unter erheblichem Stress das Zimmer verlassen. Statt eines gleichwertigen Zimmers innerhalb Ihrer Anlage wurde ich in eine Unterkunft außerhalb des Tropical Islands verlegt – und zwar in ein Zimmer, das online für 120 Euro weniger angeboten wird als das ursprünglich gebuchte für 370 Dieser Vorgang ist aus meiner Sicht nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern vollkommen inakzeptabel – insbesondere, wenn Familien mit Kleinkindern betroffen sind. Der Umzug hat wertvolle Urlaubszeit gekostet, für unnötigen Stress gesorgt und die gesamte Stimmung erheblich belastet. Dass Ihrerseits keinerlei Entgegenkommen erfolgte, macht die Situation umso enttäuschender. Expedia hat sich bemüht anderes Zimmer zu kriegen für uns aber Ende waren es 30 km entfernt was sie anbieten konnten und nicht besser . Von beiden Seite einfach
