Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay. It's very clean, has spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, and very friendly, kind, and helpful staff. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. You can tell it's a family owned business as they take great pride in the quality of their business and the services they provide. We'd happily stay there again and recommend it to others!

Peter, the Innkeeper, was exceptional in his care for his guests. Staff member J was a delight at breakfast, which was a classic Irish offering. Our accommodations were top notch with a beautiful view. The location was ideal and provided easy walking access to all that Kinsale had to offer.

Long Quay House was just fascinating. A 1700 mansion that is solid as a rock and newly updated. We enjoyed our talks with the owner who shared lots of information about the house and town. He also helped us up and down with the luggage. Great breakfast selection and REAL coffee!

Great location- check in kid was a bit dopey and didn’t know anything about the parking situation across the street otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 so if you’re looking for an early start this might be at bit inconvenient as everywhere else we stayed in Ireland started at 7:00. Would recommend to stay here again

Perfect location for Kinsale

This is the perfect location to spend time in Kinsale. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and curious. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. The breakfast was outstanding. Long Quay House is an old Georgian manor house located within a few minutes walk to many great pubs and restaurants. While the House doesn’t provide parking, there is a large public parking lot across the street (on the end of the quay).

The breakfast was amazing, self service items as well as a choice of fully cooked breakfasts. Parking was across the street on a public lot, free only at certain times. The room was very comfortable, except the heat was only turned on by the hotel intermittently. Very quiet.
