Overall we were satisfied. The room was just small. We only used it for sleeping. It was clean. The staff was very attentive. They gave us a map to create our sightseeing route. They were very interested in the points we consulted them.

Bed and best is a good basic, clean hotel in Prati with everything you need. Fabio was helpful and provided some local recommendations, the room was clean and had a kettle, coffee machine, wardrobe and mini fridge. The bathroom was fine but could have been a little cleaner and the hot water was very temperamental! Overall a good hotel at a good price.

Huone oli todella siisti ja ilmastointia sai itse säätää. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Lentokenttäkuljetukset sai varattua heidän kauttaan sujuvasti. Alue oli rauhallista ja shoppailupaikkoja oli riittävästi lähistöllä. Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein mukava paikka, voimme suositella.

Three day solo trip to Rome. Property was well located in close proximity to the metro, restaurants, and shopping districts. Friendly staff. I arrived early and they allowed for early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills but it was perfect for what I needed. With its location, the lack of included breakfast was not an issue. Plenty of local places to try and recommendations were made by the staff. Price wasn’t bad in comparison to nearby properties. Would stay here again.

We (couple, 35-40) had a great stay at Fabio's place. The room is cosy and well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable and it was oriented to a courtyard so very quiet. The area around is very nice (Prati), lots of restaurants and places to go out. It is also very convenient to visit the city, walking distance to the main sites and close to metro stations. Fabio was very friendly and kind, we are very thankful to him. We would definitely come back!

I had a terrific time during my stay at Bed and Best. Fabio is very friendly, informative and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice neighborhood with many great little gems of restaurants, bars and stores and within walking distance from many attractions in Rome and the Vatican. Definitely going to stay here again whenever I am in Rome.

Location is perfect and very safe area, walkable distance to all main attractions. The staff is very nice and helpful even without all time reception, they're reachable through WhatsApp. Will stay again.
