Várias coisas. 1- reservei quarto luxo onde nas fotos aparecia uma janela praticamente do chão ao teto o que no 1301 não existia. Lá era uma janela alta apenas. Detalhe minha reserva previa até upgrade em caso de disponibilidade mas deram um downgrade. 2- fiz pedido na farmácia pois estava com dor muscular aguda. E como tinha feita pedido de comida no room service pedi que entregassem no quarto. Mas a recepção disse que o mensageiro não poderia entregar. COMO ISSO? Que hotel não disponibiliza mensageiro? Alegaram estar em operação. Pedi mais uma vez meia hora depois e mesma coisa. Tive que descer então.

A janela do quarto estava bastante suja, dando a impressão de que há muito tempo não é limpa. As camas eram ruins, com colchão duro e parecia antigo, o que comprometeu o conforto. Os travesseiros também eram de baixa qualidade — precisei solicitar adicionais para tentar ficar mais confortável. O cobertor e as cortinas apresentavam aspecto envelhecido e empoeirado, e alguns móveis do quarto demonstravam desgaste. O secador de cabelo era fraco. Por outro lado, o café da manhã era excelente, com boa variedade e produtos de qualidade, embora o preço fosse elevado. O atendimento da equipe foi ótimo, sempre rápido e atencioso, especialmente no serviço de quarto, que foi ágil e prestativo. A localização é um dos grandes pontos positivos, em frente ao Posto 7 da Barra, com fácil acesso a restaurantes e lanchonetes. Em resumo, o hotel tem ótimo atendimento e localização privilegiada, mas precisa de melhorias urgentes na limpeza e no conforto das acomodações.
