We had house 4 which was very spacious. Large lounge with steps down to kitchen/dining area. 2 double bedrooms + double sofa bed in dining area. Both bedrooms had ensuite. One had a shower, the other had a jacuzzi bath + shower over it. Staff r incredibly friendly & helpful. The accommodation is set on a golf course so it is very quiet and a long walk to the local village...but a 5 minute drive. There you will find a Centra store which has everything and they make fresh sandwiches, paninis etc daily to order. The furniture and appliances were all good quality. Most of the kitchen appliances were NEFF brand. The kitchen had crockery for 6, saucepans and frying pans but no tea pot :( There was a dishwasher (dishwasher tabs were also supplied), fridge/freezer, microwave, oven +hob, washer dryer, toaster and kettle. Plenty of spare towels and duvets on hand too and very comfy beds.
PROS: extremely quiet location and very very spacious. You can buy meals in the golf club or go a short distance to the Tyrrellspass castle restaurant which does great food.
CONS: Very minor points!! but.... the rooms are a little bare. They could do with a sideboard in the living room. One bathroom had a large cabinet, the other had nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor. Ideally there would have been a little table and chairs in the patio to sit in the sun or eat meals. There was plenty of space for the kids but not much to do locally. No wifi. Reception isn't staffed 24hrs.
