The hotel listing shows free parking available. While true, the spaces are very limited. The room was acceptable and clean. Some of the staff were not very friendly. The location is excellent and price is fair.

Great but…

Everything was great except for the fact that the first floor is a smoking floor which is disgusting. As in, people can smoke in their rooms on that whole floor. The floor itself didn’t smell good but the rooms were thankfully better. Still, the thought that that’s still a thing is mind blowing.

Dejligt hotel og fortræffelig service. Personalet er meget service orienteret. Til morgenmaden var der et godt udvalg af forskellige madvarer. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og den gamle bydel er i gåafstand. Der er parkeringskælder, så det er nemt at parkere bilen. Værelset og badeværelse er i en god ståelse. Der er køleskab og strygejern på værelset.

Clean, modern hotel with good facilities and amenities. Rooms are clean and modern. There is a good restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a bar on the top floor which services food as well.

Top class hotel, well located.

Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well.
