Discovered a little gem here. Loved this place and the atmosphere was relaxing. Unfortunately could only spend 1 night here, but if we ever come back this way, I am rebooking.

Nice hotel in a quieter area, short walk to the dunes and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious & clean, however the shower hot water can fluctuate from hot warm to cold. The breakfast is ok and doesn’t have much selection.

Good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. We stayed on the first floor, it is a bit loud, but I doubt there are a lot of quiet places given the typical age of people who stay in the area. Rooms are very basic, fine for a night or two.

Good place to relax after the dunes

The hotel is nice and noice level MUCH better than many other hotels in the oasis. The restaurant convenient and they have a nice pool. If in Huacachina again. I would choose this hotel.

This hotel is located right in the center. Great location and great staff. Reception was very welcoming. We were close to other restaurants and near the dunes which was perfect for an evening walk. Clean hotel and comfy bed. Thank you

The property is well maintained and the staff was very nice. It is centrally located for tour bus pickups/drop offs. The room itself is basic and we knew that going in. Huachachina is a town you want to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

We were very pleased with our choose of this hotel. Room basic but clean with good towels and bedding. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful pool and view of dunes and quiet from night life. Hotel allowed us to check bags for the afternoon as our bus didn’t leave until 7:00 pm.

The location is good, but the hotel need a refurnished Ordered food from the restaurant. And it took more than one hour to get the food. Once we got it it was with hair. We didn’t return for breakfast the next day.

Very friendly stuff and nice property. Clean and Beautiful location. The restaurant has very good food but service was kinda slow because only one waiter was working. Two Bad things: hotel located next door played very loud music at night but I personally didn’t care much because I slept well. Room didn’t have air conditioning.

Mouldy ceiling falling into sink

There are not a lot of hotels to choose from in Huacachina, but this one is supposed to be one of the best. The grounds are nice and the pool is lovely. The staff is great and very accommodating. The room we had was big, but the bed had a rubber mattress cover on it. The stay would have been unremarkable and I wouldn’t be leaving this review if it were not for the mould on the bathroom ceiling. I was brushing my teeth and noticed white residue around the sink, then some that fell in my hair. I looked up and realized the ceiling directly above the sink was moulding and falling down on top of my head and onto the sink and in my personal care products. I was horrified and moved all my things out of the bathroom and didn’t use the sink again. This was at about 1 am right before we went to sleep, so we did not alert management, reasoning that all they would be able to do would be to either move us to another room (if they had one with AC - most don’t have it), and anything the would do to cover the mold would only disturb it and potentially be more dangerous. We had planned to tell the clerk on the desk in the morning, but the woman working the desk spoke no English and our Spanish is basic. I also find it hard to believe that this would have been new information for them. This feels like the kind of place that doesn’t care about overall quality of their rooms, given the hyper transient nature of Huacachina, where the avg. traveller age is 21 and most won’t ever be back.
