Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits. NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)

Delicious breakfast, beautiful place and location. The bed support wasn't the best, my back felt a little bad after 2 nights. The owner is friendly but there is often nobody at the reception so you need to search for a staff in the place.

On arrival we were greeted by the manager. Excellent service. Our room was both large and very comfortable. The pool area was very clean at all times. Although some would like it our only very small issue is that the sunbeds were all in the shade. Breakfast was very nice indeed and filled us until later in the day. The location of the hotel was also very good. A few minutes walk to the boats for the beach. Close to all shops, restaurants and bars. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice stay - planned to stay for 1 night and ended up staying 4. Great easy-going staff, central location, good breakfast. Not luxury but you're not staying here to be in your room all day; photos are accurate and everything was clean, comfortable and secure.

Rota hotelin sahile konumu , bina yapısı, odaların manzarası çok güzeldi. Sakin,güler yüzlü bir aile işletmesi eşimle birlikte 2 gece yaptığımız konaklamadan memnun kaldık. Çarşaf ve havluların temizliğine biraz daha özen gösterilirse herşeyiyle harika olur

Nous savons garé notre moto dans la rue, mais il y a des caméras de surveillance. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec grand lit, nous avions 2 lits, peu de prises qui fonctionnent. Petite chambre très propre, sur la piscine. Calme. Petit déjeuner simple. Très bon emplacement calme et à 5 mn à pieds du centre. Piscine agréable.

6 gece kaldığımız odamız çok rahattı, banyo ve tuvalet temizdi, kullanımı kolaydı. çarşaf, yastık temizdi. yataklar rahattı. kahvaltı her gün çok çeşitli ve güzeldi, her şey tazeydi. dalyan merkezde, çarşıya yürüyerek 5 dakika olması, yakınında pek çok market ve benzin istasyonu olmasıyla da gayet güzeldi. 8,5/10 vereceğim çünkü; odalarda alan olmaması sebebiyle kettle, vestiyer, masa vb ekstra mobilyalar yoktu, odaların tamamı havuza dönük, avantajı olabilecek bir durum olmasıyla birlikte dezavantajı aşağı katta kalanlar için odanız dışarıdan direkt görünüyor, odada olduğumuz sürece perdeleri kapalı tuttuk, bir de buzdolabı bu alan yetersizliği sebebiyle gardırop içindeydi, hem alan öldürmüş hem kullanışlı değildi bir de epey sesliydi biz kapatmak durumunda kaldık. haricinde 8,5/10 hak ediyor. herkes ilgili, saygılı, çok güzel bir butik otel. tekrar gelirsem tekrar tercih ederim. teşekkür ederiz

We loved the hotel, it was clean, service good and staff friendly. There are a couple of things I believe would improve which are quite minor. 1. The breakfast was very basic, no yogurt, toast or fresh fruit. 2. The coffee mugs were old and chipped. 3. A small kettle in the room would have been nice. Having said these things I would definitely stay here again 😊

Insgesamt hatten wir schönen Aufenthalt im Rota Hotel. Besonders zu Erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten, immer hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück, gute Betten, zentrale Lage. Einzige Kritik wäre der Zustand der Badezimmer, die mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen könnten.

Der Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß ereichbar.Das Frühstück hatte sehr viel Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Leider waren die Zimmer sehr klein und Badezimmer nicht sauber.
