I liked the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful and great . I would like to call the name of Jenny and Aarti/Asha who served us the dinner and breakfast during our stay. They were very helpful and pleasant Property condition is not upto the mark to say it is 4 star hotel . Linen were just okayish . Also bathroom condition was not that great . Hospitality of restaurant staff.. very polite and quick service. Just to name few Kumkum, Sakshi and Prateek, chef Ranjan, Angshu n Prakash. Maintenance staff given good service in short time

Several issues, but will name only three : 1: There was a problem with the cots in the room (and the hotel also accepted that there is a problem) and we had to change room twice before we finally setteled down. 2: I gave a trouser for laundry and they charged me Rs 325 !! From Indore I went to Goa where I stayed in Taj Vivanta, a far higher rated property, where they charged me only 160 for one trouser. Rs 325 for just simple laundry of one trouser, is atrocious. 3: I was surprised that a Mariott doesn't have a swimming pool.
