Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security.

We had a very comfortable stay. Though only there for one night, it would not have been a problem to stay longer. All staff members were friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful. The room was large with clean sheets and towels. The restaurant had a set menu with a few choices of well prepared food. Breakfast had plenty of variety served in a pleasant atmosphere. If the hotel could improve anything, it would be to ensure there are enough towels for the booked guests (they brought more quickly when asked). In a hotel of this quality a shower enclosure would be preferable to a curtain; but neither is a reason not to stay. Overall recommended.

Tive problema no check in pois paguei um quarto família com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros e qd cheguei no quarto era um quarto e um banheiro p 3 pessoas tive q voltar na recepção e insistir que tinha pago por 2 quartos. Eles simplesmente falaram q o quarto teve um probleminha e por isso me deram um quarto só c 1 quarto e um banheiro. Tive q insistir e ser mais dura pe darem outro quarto tbm. No dia do check out o funcionário queria cobrar o segundo quarto. Tive q explicar TD de novo sobre o pgto de quarto família p q ele não me cobrasse o segundo quarto. Comunicação entre os funcionários muito falha

This is a more or less good location. The service at the restaurant is bad, the waiters are nowhere to be found most of the time. When you want to pay and leave you have to wait until next day or go around trying to find them.

Foi muito boa minha estadia, fiquei apenas um dia para descanso mais o atendimento desde a chegada foi excelente. Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Me deram água no quarto e drink de cortesia no restaurante. Por falar em restaurante, o atendimento foi excelente. Preço justo no jantar e o café da manhã é divino.

Hospedagem agradável

Estadia de apenas um dia. Chegamos ao hotel às 14:36. Porém, o check-in só começava às 15:00. O rapaz da recepção, muito cordial, nos pediu para aguardar. Até ai tudo bem. Apesar de eu já ter tido várias experiências em que hotéis liberaram o quarto alguns minutos ou até horas antes do horário previsto para o início do check-in, sei que isso é uma gentileza do local e não uma regra, pois o horário do check-in é amplamente divulgado no momento da reserva. Contudo, ocorreu outra situação que deixou evidente a falta de flexibilidade do hotel. Meu celular não estava reconhecendo o chip local que eu havia comprado e eu estava sem internet. Pedi a senha do wifi do hotel, mas eu precisava do número da habitação para poder efetuar o login na rede. Esse número não me foi fornecido e eu precisei esperar até às 15:00 em ponto para efetuar o check-in e poder acessar a internet. Não culpo o atendente. Isso é regra do hotel. O restante da minha experiência foi positiva. Estrutura bem justa pelo preço da hospedagem.

Tive uma excelente estadia no Geotel com um preço justo e benefícios que superaram as expectativas. A qualidade do sono foi excelente, com cama confortável e ambiente tranquilo. A ducha foi perfeita, com temperatura da água agradável. O quarto é bem espaçoso e possui geladeira e utensílios domésticos, ideal para quem planeja uma estadia longa. O café da manhã é farto e delicioso, com uma variedade de opções frescas e saborosas. O restaurante do hotel também oferece pratos variados com preços médios, dentro do esperado para um hotel de qualidade. A localização é muito conveniente, a apenas 15 minutos do aeroporto, fácil de acessar tanto de carro alugado quanto de Uber. Além disso, o hotel oferece vagas de garagem para quem precisar. A equipe de staff foi super solícita e simpática, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Recomendo muito o Geotel para quem estiver em Calama, buscando um lugar confortável, bem localizado e com um ótimo custo-benefício.
