Because I needed hot water for a shower

After 3 complaints and two bad reviews for NO HOT WATER, I promised them I would give a 5 star rating if they would turn on the hot water heater. They did on Day 3 so here is the 5 star review. But the hotel owner keeps two very large dogs in the center courtyard and they often howl at passing cats betwwen 2a and 5a waking up many of the guests.

Pool steps are very slippery. I, as well as two other guests, was hurt by slipping into the pool. I brought the issue to the attention of the reception. His response was that they are aware of it but can't do much. I had booking for 3 people but rather than having two beds we were given one double bed and a very hard couch. Not convenit at all.

O que salva nesse hotel (pousada) é o atendimento. Toda equipe é muito gentil e solicita. Porem não considero o hotel boutique. A área comum é muito bonita, mas o quarto deixou a desejar, tv muito antiga com sistema ruim, só pega canal turco, nao tem lençóis suficientes, tivemos que nos cobrir com a colcha… sem edredom ou cobertor. Toalhas puidas, ar condicionado antigo com ruido, banheiro era o pior - limos pelo box, ma impressão de sujeira. Falta mto conforto para ser boutique. A localização tbm deixou a desejar, é proximo a marina mas nao é muito confortavel para andar a pé nos arredores, muitas subidas. Destaque mesmo pelo atendimento.

Otelin konumu merkeze, plaja, marinaya 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin otoparkı yok ancak otelin karsışında halka açık ücretsiz otopark mevcut. Araç parkı asla problem olmuyor. Otelin çalışanı Enam bey çok ilgili ve samimi birisi. Kendisini bulursanız ihtiyacınız olan her konuda size yardımcı olacaktır. Dığer resepsiyon görevlileri içinse aynı yorumu yapamam. Açık büfe kahvaltısıda gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Bodrum'a tekrar gidersem tercihimi yine bu otelden yana kullanırdım.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with more than enough variety of food to choose from. Location is great with about a 10-15 minute walk to main shopping strip, beach and restaurants. We really loved the hotel and will definetly stay there again if we go back to Bodrum.
