Wonderful hotel! We had the site and it was perfect for our family...i wish we would had stayed for a week! Town is cute. Highly recommend Sierra Strange for coffee and souvenirs. River right behind the hotel.

I don't think the room was worth the high cost. Older decor, beds were rock hard and AC was soo loud on the low setting, that it was hard to sleep. The town is cute but almost $300 a night is a little steep for what you get and no breakfast.

Walker River lodge was perfectly acceptable- it was safe and quiet (other than the other guests who had a screaming fit outside one evening), the rooms were clean and comfortable, mattress was comfortable, showers took a while to get hot and low pressure but other than that I recommend staying here. It’s a great option as a base to explore the beauty of the area.
