The only thing about this property is its location as it is nearest to female visiting area for Prophet's Masjid. But this advantage is gone as this property has only three elevators and hence it is difficult to go down and up before and after prayer times. At one time we had to wait up to 15 minutes to go up to the rooms after the prayer.
The rooms are small and congested. I requested for a double bed room and I got three beds cramped in the small room leaving very small space to move around the room. No table and chairs were available (there was no space...). The room floor carpet was dirty and needs immediate cleaning.
The front office staff is highly untrained and with in-different attitude. It took me 90 minutes to check in \t the middle of the night, first the person was busy in clearing his previous documents, second they did not have the information of my booking in the system, I had to make a phone call to UK call center to reconfirm. Then the hotel staff found the print out of the booking but said it is not paid. I was asked to pay one night charges so that they can settle tomorrow morning when the concerned staff will be in the office. However, after half an hour they called to get the money back as they had found the payment invoice. The bell captain was not available and we carried our baggage to the room.
Since the area has guaranteed customers, the hotel staff is not customer focused. Indifferent attitude.
