Atendimento quando chegamos foi horrível. Chegamos no hotel às 14:20, rapaz muito seco, já foi falando que o checkin era somente às 15:00. A limpeza do quarto estava precária. Pia do banheiro entupida, o chão estava pura poeira, tinha papel de chiclete ao lado da cama, não passaram nenhum pano. O bar da piscina, comprei 2 latas de cerveja (R$12,00 cada uma) e nem gelada estava. Quando fomos fazer o checkout o rapaz já veio com a conta que tinha consumo de 3 águas. Sendo que levamos tudo no nosso cooler (água, Refri, cerveja)… achei o valor da diária alta para o que oferecem aos hóspedes. Não valeu a pena.

o pior custo beneficio de um hotel que ja vi na minha vida, o cafe da manhã é impossivel de tomar pois o povo fica se estapeando como se fosse um restaurante popular, o gerente do restaurante popular parece que ja morreu, sem nenhuma capacidade de resolver qualquer problema, o telefone da recepção nao atende, a comida do restaurante é terrivel e um prato leva uma hora e meia para sair, um lixo este hotel, o unico serviço bom é o das camareiras

O café da manhã foi o mesmo durante 7 dias de estadia . Cuscuz , salsicha, calabresa e ovos. Senti falta de coisas simples como banana da terra, batata doce, aipim/macaxeira , inhame . O quarto standart não eh confortável, quem puder pagar um pouco a mais pelo master, vale muito a pena. Dormi muito melhor depois da mudança .
