The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links. We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor and an extensive breakfast available in the rooftop restaurant. There is a drinks bar in the lounge area but I would have preferred that snacks could be made available there also (I think they sometimes are). All in all, our stay here was a very pleasant experience

Sterile, sterile, sterile. Facilities are nice, place is clean, bed comfortable. Towels and bath supplies a bit second rate. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff -- lugged my own suitcases whole they just stood there and watched. No one smiled, no one said hello. Nothing special here.

Great location. Walkable to nearby shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the condition of the room and hallways. The bathroom was new and updated but the room had a dirty carpet and the coffee machine as well as mini fridge were dirty and stained. The carpets leading up to the room were filthy and it gave the hotel a very bad look.The windows which were facing the street were covered in a thick layer of dirt so you couldn't enjoy the view if there was any. For a deluxe room it was sadly tiny. The hotel needs to upgrade their furnishings and replace dirty and stained carpets gives the hotel a 2 star feel instead of the 5 star hotel it should be.

We tried calling the front desk before our stay multiple times with no response. We had to park far from the hotel because there was no where to park by the hotel or a way to access the front of hotel by car just bring in our luggage. There were mosquitoes at night and we couldn’t sleep so we called the front desk at 3 am and they said they will send someone over.., which was a knock at 10 am… after a night of no sleep. We told front desk in the morning about our night they just shrugged it off.
