Was excited to stay here.. check in was easy, the girl that helped us was very nice and gave us some fun facts about the mansion. The room was different than what was pictured on the website.. they should update their photos. The jetted tub in our room was surrounded by windows and the largest windows blind adjustor was broken and laying in the window so we couldn’t close the blinds properly. Had to have a fan running all night because it was so warm in the room. Lastly, they shouldn’t advertise as a bed and breakfast if only providing packages convenience items. The location was great for the event we were there to attend but overall I was underwhelmed by the facility for the price.

The "Breakfast" at a bed and breakfast had mych to be desired. Everything else was wonderful, my husband and i looked forward to a breakfast that matched the "bed" part of the experience, but plastic wrapped honeybuns and granola bars were a real let down for such a fancy place. The hot tub in the room was wonderful, the theminis super fun, and everything else was very comfortable.

It was a great location. At this time they weren't serving breakfast which would explain the deep discount on the nightly room rate. Also, we never saw a single staff person, check in and check out was done automatically. The room, called the secret garden, was nice. It has a huge jetted tub in it, but no shower.

Loved Hines Mansion! The staff was so nice and brought out FRESH baked cookies when we arrived! The room was awesome like we stepped back in time! the grounds were beautiful and loved the gargoyle (took my pic with him) Will stay again next year!

Extremely charming, historic building. Climate control in our Secret Garden Room could use some work, as it was chilly during the day but at night got very stuffy, which was unexpected in the hot weather.

This is a one-of-a-kind place. The staff is super friendly and the mansion itself is a joy. The room I booked had a spiral staircase leading up to the bathtub and the bathroom was hidden behind the bookshelf. All very cool. The only downside was that there was a tub, but no shower. Very little complain about here. A fun stay.
