Location is perfect and the parking was easy.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall, very clean. The staff wasn’t as friendly as I would have hoped. Overall, a decent stay.

A great waterfront getaway

A perfect location on the water and close to the pool! All team members were very friendly and helpful.

The Inn has lovely historic murals and artifacts and sits right next to the monument for the Pilgrims' landing. Room was very comfortable and a standard room size.

Room for improvement

-Minor mold issue in the bathroom. -Sand on the ground near the back door. -Absence of security or overnight staff to retrieve replacement keys. My partner inadvertently left his key behind, he was locked out of the room for hours.

The Inn could use an update painting would go along way.

The swimming pool area was too crowded . And I would suggest - free cofee in the lobby each morning

Beautiful property & wonderful staff! Recently renovated but the building retains so much character / history. A++

Great location and ocean views, could use some updating that appears to be in process. Great pool area, but pool is in need of a refresh.

Cape cod hotel quiet

Good: quiet, nice views, refrigerator in room, beds comfortable but seemed small for queen beds. Spiderwebs noted. Electrical outlets not by bed.
Kimberly, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location is great by beach. There’s a free shuttle to the wharf and sister hotel Harbor Hotel. There’s free piano bar live music and singing on Saturdays. It was a fantastic show. The pool was crowded. The hotel is dated but the bathroom products were very nice, including the lotion. The bed was ok but the pillow could be softer. It’s a quick walk to the Provincetown Causeway to hike on the rocks over to Wood End Lighthouse. You should wear shoes as the sand is very hot on the other side and bring water.

Wedding on our back porch like literally on our porch couldn’t even go outside
Derek, 1-night trip

The view could not be any more beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend the onsite restaurant, there are many more restaurants locally that are much better.

Great views!

If you get a room overlooking the sea, this place is amazing. The location offers views from most rooms but I would not choose poolside unless that’s your thing. The location allows quick access to the breakwater and bike paths. They offer a shuttle to and from town if the walk seems too long but renting an ebike is the way to go. The rooms are worn and the bathroom small but the beds are very comfortable, and being on the water is fantastic.

If you are booking for a getaway to Provincetown, please book a room here. They are accommodating, very helpful to guests new to the area, and the staff is friendly and sociable. The room was lovely and had a gorgeous view. Also, wonderful art and history with the inn itself. Excellent establishment most definitely!
Dana, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I liked the property is close to the beach & water. I didn’t like how tight the room was; how the bathroom was set up; the iron was cheap; the electrical outlets were flimsy.
Kathy, 2-night trip

Needs work

Great location, right on the water and walkable to commercial street and the beach. You can tell they’ve tried updating the rooms as it is an older hotel. The rooms could be cleaner, kept finding random hairs everywhere when we first entered the room. The door locks are very flimsy and had to actually hand tighten the outdoor lock in order for the door to actually shut all the way. Minor kinks need to be worked through in order for it to be worth it for the price you pay to stay here during the busy season.

10/10 Exceptional

Under construction so resto not open, but looks like it will be awesome. Not fancy but very nice with amazing seashore access
Mireille, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

We were in the middle of a wedding!! They booked us the most expensive room with a harbor view and instead they had the wedding party on our patio using our patio as a photo booth!! We felt trapped! People tried unlocking our door to our patio at all hours of the night! Place and employees are awful do not recommend to anyone!
Bruno, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The view is the only good thing about this place. It’s disgusting. Mold in the bathroom, swarms of bugs, and unprofessional staff.
Micah, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Lobby and pool were packed with men in speedos and naked running around. We were on family vacation with kids and this should have been disclosed as not family friendly. My wife and I don’t have a problem seeing this but our young kids should not see sexuality like this at a young age. Shame on this hotel for not disclosing the gay festival at their hotel!
