The location has awesome views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The hosts are full of local knowledge. We were in the annex, and I enjoyed cooking on a professional stove. I cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back.

We were initially disappointed when we arrived at our accomodations because Expedia had show us pictures of a cabin with a full kitchen. It turns out we only had a mini-fridge and microwave with no cooking facilities. Either Expedia or the owners should get this fixed. However, we were given access to the main kitchen in the lodge for cooking and we were otherwise comfortable. The property is beautiful, with lots of hummingbirds visiting as you breakfast on the big deck. We took and evening sunset stroll down the road and due to all the road construction in downtown Pagosa, we were very glad to be out in the country!

Such a beautiful bed and breakfast on the outskirts of Pagosa Springs; just the right amount of distance out of town for peace and quiet, but close enough for groceries and other amenities. Carolyn and Evelyn were both so kind and inviting, and breakfast every morning was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area, we hope to be back soon!

We had many facility problems during our stay. We also had a loft and there's little privacy. The weather was warm and the fan wasn't working. The Main TV in the living area wasn't working. The hot water wasn't enough for 2 showers in succession.

A wonderful, albeit short, visit. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. We even were invited to join them, and local friends for a Sunday dinner. It was Easter, so a lot luck for holiday dishes from friends. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the bath was a bit tight. It's a perfect place for a family ,couple and a nicer setting cannot be found. Highly recommend!
