Potential wedding venue

The An Nam Resort was okay for the price, but my stay left me with mixed feelings. The AC seemed to be fixed at a certain temperature, so the room became uncomfortably warm at times. The glass doors and windows were foggy and steamy, which gave the room a damp and stuffy feeling. I had actually been considering this resort as a potential wedding venue, but my experience changed my mind. After checking out, I realized I left my charger right by the bedside and called immediately. No one returned my call, and after ringing three times, I was finally told it couldn’t be found. This was disappointing since I know exactly where I left it. If a small item like a charger can go missing without being returned, I worry about the security of personal belongings for my wedding guests. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to choose this resort for such an important occasion.

The resort was really great. All the facilities including pools and restaurants were well managed. We had a great time during our stay. Great 4 days at The Anam

Beautiful grounds, attentive service, excellent breakfast spread with one of the most extensive selections I have come across. Big plus with the tennis court which we made use of. The shuttle to and fro Nha Trang centre is also much appreciated.

Absolutely loved this hotel. From the minute we arrived and throughout our stay we received great service from the friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful, spacious room with a sea view which was kept immaculate by staff. Excellent choices for breakfast. A la carte breakfast at The Colonial was delicious and we ate at Lang Viet most nights which offered a great choice of regional Vietnamese dishes.

The Anam, Vietnam

Absolutely THE best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Our time at the hotel was simply amazing and the whole experience was faultless. The staff are unbelievable, facilities first class and rooms are spacious and airy. We’re already planning our next trip! We’ve been to Vietnam many times and for us this rates as the best… thank you for a truly superb stay!

Lovely peacefull stay

Such a Nice hotel, really did have such a peacefull stay and really enjoyed it. The staff is wonderfull and really helpfull. Only thing that made it a bit wired was when i came back to my room one day housekeeping was trying on my shoes and such, wich i didnt appriciate at all.

Private pool villa was a great size. If you stay in the private villa you can have breakfast in a separate space to other guests, which is Al a carte, cooked to order. You also get a free high tea and daily access to the lounge (fruit, desserts) 11-3pm. The Vietnamese food from Lang viet was excellent. One thing to note - the beach is great, however only clean of rubbish in front of the resort. Otherwise there is a fair bit of rubbish as you walk. The staff are welcoming and we would stay here again.

Omg Anam became my fav resort after 5day stay!! Its 360deg gorgeous, from the big lawn all the way to the beach, breathtaking view!! Staff are very friendly, especially Trang (one of the waitress workings at both the breakfast place and Viet Lang restaurant. she remembered our room number after 1day!) I have already planned to come back next summer witb my parents and best friend's family together!!

Very calm and peaceful place with nature. Surrounded by palm trees and flowers. it’s so good for me to stay with my family during my vacation. In addition, the sunrise yoga class everyday next to the beach is the best experience in my life. I’ll never forget. I love the restaurant, room service, facilities and so on. Great experience

I Stayed 3 nights in November. Heaven-like view, good room condition, abundant and quality breakfast, and especially staff who impress customers. Problems caused by Grab application errors and food take-out were handled very kindly, meticulously, and sincerely even in a very busy situation with other people's check-in processing. I stayed in Nha Trang for 7 days, but The Anam was the best resort and "Vy" was the best staff. Thanks to The Anam and "Vy", we will definitely visit again next time.

The Anam resort exceeded all my expectations with its stunning beachfront location and breathtaking ocean views. The room was spacious, immaculately clean. My family loved spending time at the gorgeous 3 swimming pools, which offered the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Entire staff was professional and welcoming, making the whole experience feel truly special. I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Min, Senior manager who made my stay extraordinary! Her assistance through Kakao Talk was invaluable - she was like having a personal concierge at my fingertips! What really impressed me was her quick responses and genuine care for making my stay comfortable. She went above and beyond with her excellent English communication, helping me with everything from local recommendations to resort facilities. Ms. Min's warm personality and attention to detail truly enhanced my entire resort experience. It's rare to find someone who puts so much heart into their work, but Ms. Min did exactly that. The best of the best!!!

It was our family's pleasure to stay in the anam. Staffs are very positive and kind that made our family trip happier! 1. Find "eddie" at the reception then we will start your staying there with happiness. She is smiling and kind and recommending the best room location for you! 2. Find "nhan" and "hien" at the restaurant. You will feel comfortable with their kindness and smile. I still remember their smile:) They are doing the best for guests! 3. You will receive full support from Housekeeping staffs. 4. Environment of the resort is the heaven. CRYSTAL clear private beach and well managed beautiful garden makes you feel in the heaven. 5. 3 of swimming pools are enough to enjoy swimming all night long. You can swim whenever you want. Hope we will visit again. Thank you very much for giving our family memorable moment.

If it is a 10 on 10 - it needs to be said !

It’s rare, very rare I would give any resort a maximum score review, but this precious gem certainly deserves my / your attention. Being recommended by a friend for its quality and tranquility, we booked a 1 night try-out via Expedia under our Gold membership. Upon arriving, we were offered correctly an upgrade following the eligible level. What stroke me first was the exceptional cleanness. I am not referring here to what you see, but the cleanness behind furniture, curtains etc which is mostly “overseen” in same level resorts. The garden is sublime – the overall comfort pristine. Food quality / price of a high level and SERVICE – even compared with many other alike resorts – of an exemplary level. After checking out, we forgot something, and the Resort took care of a solution which we appreciated as well. Without any doubt – and having stayed in similar 5 star Indochina style resorts in Vietnam, this pearl in Cam Lan is of our highest recognition. We sure will return if another trip occurs.

This was a 4-day, 3-night trip with my parents. I would like to start with the positive feedback. I was very pleased that we were offered both early check-in and late check-out. All the reception staff were friendly and helpful. From the male staff member who spoke Korean quite well to the staff who assisted us during check-in, everyone was kind and professional. (Especially Kay and Zodie – they were very friendly and always gave quick responses. Among them, Zodie’s English skills were excellent, which made communication even better.) The Beach Club and Pool Bar staff were also very friendly, and the room cleanliness and condition were excellent. Although it was a bit disappointing that some areas were under construction and not accessible, it wasn’t a major issue. Now for the negative feedback. 1. I requested an extra bed, which cost 130,000 VND per night. Although I understand that the price includes breakfast, the extra bed itself was very hard and uncomfortable. (The mattress felt like the ones used for poolside loungers.) 2. The staff managing the sunbeds on the beach were quite unfriendly. They were very attentive and polite to Western guests, bringing them beach towels, but they were not kind to me and my family. Because of that experience, we did not return to the beach afterwards.
