The location is great. Very close to Palmer street restaurants and pubs. Also close to the stadium. The hotel is a little old and tired. The bed was a little too firm and could feel springs in places. Our bathroom light stopped working twice. There is no way to contact reception from the room or if it's not between the hours of 9am to 5pm.

The studio was particularly clean, the carpet being noticeably soft and lovely. The comfort was average as the bed was too firm for my liking and the air-conditioner was hit and miss.

After hours check-in was very easy. Room condition was good but some pillow covers did not seem to have been changed since the last use. No water bottles provided. Air from A/C in one of the bedrooms was stink so could not use it which was quite inconvenient.

My husband, daughter & myself stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment which was very spacious & had a large balcony. It was within walking distance to the football stadium & the many restaurants of Palmer Street. It is in a very convenient & quiet location. The reception staff were very pleasant & very helpful

A good choice in Townsville

The apartment was great. It was perfectly clean and in really good condition. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It’s located just a short walk from downtown. The only downside was that the pool was really cold. Actually to cold for my kids to swim, and they swim in the ocean in Northern Europe with no problems.

The hotel is new and nice. The only thhing that was missing was a doona. They only give us a sheet. Even there is blanket in the cupboard. It just feel not as clean to use. I end up going TO BIGw and brought a blanket to use myself.
