Great hotel, great value. Luxury near BJX!

This was a wonderful spot. It's like an oasis away from everything, and not a box hotel. I was concerned by the cost-effective price, but it excels in all ways. It's like a little resort. A great spot to rest before an early AM flight. It's on the flight path from the airport, but no noise after the latest flight and earliest. (10:00pm - 5:30am). Great pool. Nice bar and restaurant. This will be my go-to hotel (resort) for BJX airport from now-on.

We were dropped off by Uber with 3 large, 2 medium & 2 hand carries. We had to ask for a push cart & the room was located quite a distance away. Good thing one of the worker's noticed & assisted us to our room. The room was really nice, clean, spacious, but we were surprised that the towels were older & 1 had a hole in it.

Hotel is really nice but staff needs improvement

The hotel itself is beautiful the front desk is very friendly, the rooms are really nice but the rooms are not clean, if you look under the bed you will see a lot of dust, same in the closets, the door of the bathroom where I stayed never got cleaned it had a stain of what what seemed to be soap or toothpaste. The service in the restaurant is very poor, they have the staff but they are unprofessionals, especially during breakfast and lunch, the dinner crew was more attentive and more kind specially Lizbeth she was very friendly. The cleaning staff some of them are friendly others very rude. The place has a lot of potential but staff is not the best. They also have private events that seemed to end at midnight, if you stay close to the private even room you won't be able to sleep until they finish because the noise is very loud, There's no coffee/tea maker in the rooms like the restaurant says. The price is very good for the location and the size of the rooms but whoever manages the hotel needs to work in the staff, probably some outside professional customer service training. Overall is a good place to stay.

si cuentas con vehículo propio, el hotel es una excelente opción para visitar Leon y Guanajuato centro. Siempre esta limpio y en excelentes condiciones y la alberca es maravillosa! los alimentos muy buenos y la gente del hotel calida y amable en el trato

Cobros indebidos o engañosos

Mala experiencia, por teléfono dijeron que está más incluido el desayuno, siempre no porque se había reservado por otra parte, esto no lo hace ningún hotel. Era 1 adulto y 2 menores que normalmente están incluidos (5 años) y cobraron 1 persona más. Fue una mala experiencia en general porque al final querían cobrar muchos costos y no sirvió de nada si precio inicial atractivo.
