when we checked in there were still dirty linens in our room. The breakfast buffet didn't have coffee. Our room was never cleaned and we had to ask at the desk everyday for clean towels.

Everyone was so friendly, the front desk staff from the moment we checked in until we checked out were so helpful and courteous. I ran into problems printing something in the Business Center and even though it was very late at night, I was still helped by the staff. The bathroom was a little dated with some repaired wall damage, but other than that, this was a great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

No salt on the ground during icy conditions... I almost fell three times on the way to the car. Not enough food at breakfast... had to remind the staff to bring more out. Room was nice and clean, bed comfortable.
