Quick overnight stay on a road trip. Great proximity to Jasper and a nice view of the mountains from our room. Only issue was a couple of stains on the sheets. You could tell they were cleaned but if the sheets are stained they should be replaced. Overall a great and comfortable stay though!

Friendly check in service. The room was great for one night altho seemed to be the residue of dog hair, smell but understandably that's what you get with pet friendly. Disappointed that the fridge froze most of our food we had for the rest of our trip.

The room was nice. However, the bed bug we found on bed at 1am was not! Hotel tried to convince me that they never had had complaints and it was not possible due to metal base on bed. Even though I show them the live bed bug. Still charged us the night even though we left and had to sleep in our truck!!! Do not reccomend!!!!

Staff greeted us like family members. They had everything ready when we went to the counter. It took us less than 2 minutes to check in. Room was very spacious and cleaned. Bed was very comfortable. Most Excellent!! Staying here and having easy access for dog walking is top of our list! Everything about the Baymont Hinton is wonderful!! Guest services, cleanliness, nice room, we always stay in the same one!! And there is a washroom in the lobby which comes in handy when you’ve been on the road for several hours!! Light breakfast is offered and the Golden Arches are right next door if you need a hit of their kind of coffee!!! Love it!! Bruce & Terry
