Unfortunately, the room specifications are not true. It says it is soundproof and you can hear all the noises of motorcycles, cars and buses, which made my rest impossible. When I made the complaint, they told me the solution was to give me a room with single beds because the double beds all sounded the same.Actually, going on vacation with your husband and being offered separate beds doesn't make sense.

Great location in the city

We used this for 1st time, Armenia is hot city and the rooms location at rear means sun is on the window 6am, blackouts are needed! The old venetian blinds don't do the job, lighting in our room was poor also, these iitems could be easily remedied

Armenai Hotel

The staff were very friendly, although English speakers were not always on duty. The breakfasts were fine. The location was also fine, though not close to town. (Not many hotels are, I suspect. as it is not a great place to be.) The hotel was all it set out to be. It does look rather 70's, but it does not pretend to be anything else. It was very bright and roomy. I would happily stay there again.

very cooperative staff

I arrived late in the evening with my son and the hotel didn't have my reservation registered. Thank God they were very nice and gave me a room on the spot so we could solve the problem in the morning. The next morning I the reservation wasn't in the system, but they would keep contacting Expedia too see what had happened and we could have breakfast and do our things with normal access to our room. Only till the evening I received confirmation that everything was all right. This situation was pretty stress full, more as we were there for a medical visit, but the hotel staff was really nice and understanding.
