From fire alarm going off at 5:00 am for thirty minutes and then again at 8:30, to the room having a musty smell, not enough towels, no sign in the parking lot. Maybe that’s just the direction of how Johnson City is going, but the place resembles a flop house. Person at the desk was pleasant, that’s the only good thing I have to say. The Comfort Inn in Binghamton is miles better than this place.

Upon checkin I was asked for credit card for incidentals. Instead I was charged for the room a second time. The desk clerk refused to give me a refund even when I showed her the receipt from third party app.

Our check in guy was great. He had stepped away from the desk prior to us walking in. On his return he saw us sitting by the fireplace with our bags as another guest walked in the door. He made it a point to beckon us over to check us in first. Bonus points to him.
