Clean, renovated and comfy bed

Check in was a breeze with the pre-check option. My first impression was how clean the room was and smelled great. My room had been renovated with new tile floors throughout and the shower was nice too. The bed was comfortable. The walls are a little thin (could here a baby crying and people talking in the hall) but I always travel with earplugs.

I booked a room with two king beds and they were actually queen. It also was supposed to come with a complimentary breakfast and that was awful couldn't even eat. The hot tub was okay aside from the jets didn't work well

After calling the hotel directly to guarantee bottom floor rooms, we arrived to find one room on the bottom floor and one on the second floor. The guy at the desk was very nice but struggled to move my room to the first floor. After about 30 min i was given a double queen rather than the single king i reserved. While it worked, it is my least favorite type room. I also had to clean the lint out of the bathroom vent in order to get it to actually suck the steam out.

Hotel was nice, clean and the crews is friendly. One thing I would suggest is maybe install safety handle rails in the shower. I didn’t have a problem with slipping but there could be someone down road that the handle rails would help. Thank you!

The room was nice and clean. There was good places to eat and the gentleman at the front desk gave a couple of good suggestions. My biggest issue was the fact that there was a Bible in the nightstand and included with the Bible was what I think was the Book of Mormon. I’m a Christian and was extremely offended. The 2 books should never be combined. I have my opinion and I do believe the Bible is Gods word and I do not believe the Book of Mormon is true.

Convenient Location, Mixed Experience

I stayed at the Super 8 in Rexburg for three nights during a recent leisure trip. The hotel’s location is convenient—close to the freeway, which made getting around easy. However, a few aspects of the stay were disappointing. There’s a snow cone shack set up in the parking lot, which made navigating and parking more difficult than it should be. Additionally, I had an unfortunate experience in the pool—I cut my foot on a light fixture and ended up needing a tetanus shot. That incident definitely impacted the overall impression of the stay. I wouldn’t say the experience was terrible, but I also wouldn’t strongly recommend this hotel. If convenience and location are your top priorities, it may work for a short stay. Just be cautious in the pool and expect a bit of chaos in the parking area.

I just needed a place to sleep for 1 night. The staff was friendly, big gravel area to park in and a little lounge with cereal and waffle maker. I didnt see it but theres a pool too. The room was very comfortable, every thing was clean.
