Já ficamos várias vezes neste hotel. Nesta estadia, tudo conforme esperado: boa recepção, clareza nas informações, rapidez. Tivemos que solicitar mudança de quarto devido ao cheiro de cigarro - fomos atendidos prontamente. Café da manhã farto. Boa localização. Serviço de estacionamento por R$ 39 a diária com serviço de vallet. O que não foi bom: travesseiros, precisam novos - e o custo de uma água mineral do frigobar - R$ 11,00 por garrafinha é demais. Ainda assim, continuamos recomendado como uma boa opção em BC. Se der fique nos apartamentos com 22m2 para ter um pouco mais de comforto.

Usaria o termo "Por fora bela viola, por dentro pão bolorento". Péssima situação do quarto. Pontos de mofo em todo bom do colchão. Mofo no teto do banheiro. Exaustor do banheiro não funciona. Tampa do vaso, solta. Vaso sanitário sem funcionar corretamente. Ao dar descarga a água vem até a borda do vaso e não se esgota. Resumindo, jamais poderia ser classificado como 4 estrelas, tão pouco cobrar por isso. Único ponto positivo (Em partes) foi café da manhã que, apesar do pão francês ser requentado, ainda tinha uma boa variedade de itens. Triste para um hotel que se diz de alto padrão, que se apresenta muito bem por fora, mas que não condiz a realidade por dentro.
