Just like home

I would rather stay here than any other hotel

This is not Extended Stay America. Its old and gross.

I have keys so I WILL come in

The only issue I had was one of your housekeepers used their keys to gain access into my room off of lotus 710A. She never nocked just came in to use the bathroom

TEAR IT DOWN!

They allowed us an early check in which was a very nice thing. We were directed to our room about 1/3 mile away in a separate building. We were in the basement right off the coin op laundry facilities. Dank, dark, and everything appeared as if left untouched from the seventies. Filthy floors, broken hair dryer, no forks in kitchen, unclean bathroom, a big fan that had cobweb like dust attached to it, springs on the mattress felt as if they were sprung, etc. this place needs either a complete renovation or demolition.

Adorable location and such a welcoming vibe! The staff were all incredibly nice, and what really made my day was that they gave my furbaby a little treat baggie—so thoughtful! It’s the kind of place that makes you feel right at home, whether you’re human or furry. Highly recommend!

It’s not extended America but locally owned with similar name. for the same room , they charged me $40 extra as they advertised 5 people can sleep but I mistakenly forget to add my kids while booking.

This property was close to the area of town I needed to be in daily. The room was clean, the staff was courteous. When I need to come back up here, I will definitely book here again.

Home away from home

Had everything a home would have.
joe, 3-night trip

I think the hotel was good value for the money, but I think the one thing I would improve is the comfort of the beds.
Peter, 10-night trip

Lady who checked us in was great. Few issues with rooms like couple of bulbs are out, bathroom door doesnt close and make squeaking noise and bed was the same noisy as well. Other then that it was great.

Need handicapped rails in tubs Be nice for us older folks if the elevator worked It was very confusing to call yourselves Fairbanks Extended Stay with no mention or link of the address being for Seven Gables.

Great Stay

Great Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Easy Check-In I had a great experience at this hotel. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff honored my request for a top-floor room. The hotel has been recently remodeled, and it really shows—everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and well-kept facilities. Would definitely stay again!

First day my son in law stayed and my daughter Joined next day , I naver hear from my daughter was very disappointed! We travelled world together . Hotel advertising way higher than actual condition ! Even pillows were feel like over few years old ! I wrote this because it is my account !
Raymond, 5-night trip

Its very close to the airport, large and complete kitchen for the size of the room. If you need a place to stay in town for a few days, totally good. Check-in a little different (office is at nearby location), otherwise friendly owners.

It was a very nice quiet place

The manager is a stand up fellow. Always makes my stays feel welcoming
Chelsie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This inn doesn't look so bad to me. This map that I was given during my check in made it easy to locate the place that I saw a picture of it. This room that I got in looks pretty clear to me, except that this TV doesn't have most of the apps which I expected it to be, so I added those apps on the TV.

Not what I expected- uncomfortable bed

I guess you get what you pay for. It was rough having to climb two flights of stairs with luggage. Definitely could use some new comforters. Pretty dingy property.
Chris, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The place is nothing like they say it is. The outer potion of the property is dirty, Hallways dirty and honestly the inside was clean but you have to walk through the dirty to get to the room. It also said it had continental breakfast… lies there is no breakfast.
