Hotel was in a covenient location. Good choices for breakfast. Room was not super clean, but not uncomfortable. People working there were nice. The main issue I had was with the kiosk check-in. After traveling all day and arriving tired, I was a little frustrated trying to understand the lady talking in the kiosk and following her directions to use it. She was a nice lady, but between her accent and the machine picking up everyone else’s conversations, it made it difficult to read and understand. The actual person working the desk was able to help when she became available.

The best thing about this hotel is its convenient location right on the highway. The staff at the front desk was decent, and I appreciated the virtual kiosk assistance, which was helpful both during check-in and later at night. It made my stay much smoother. Great location near the highway. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful 24/7. I loved the futuristic kiosk, which ensured security when my brother visited at midnight, it didn’t dispense a key for safety. Truly one of the safest and most well-maintained places I’ve stayed. Perfect stay. Thank you.

We got to the hotel at almost midnight, very tired after a long trip. The front desk says we have just one room (even though we made a reservation a couple of weeks before). We open the door, and the smell in the room It was terrible, we walked a little bit, and there was water everywhere… The carpet was all wet, and the bathroom was floating. I went and talked to them, and they laughed and said Let me call the boss. A couple of minutes later, she says Well, find another hotel, we will return your money. It was 2:00, looking for a hotel.
