2/10 Terrible

When i checked in they insisted the price was wrong and that i could not have the room i selected and paid for on Expedia. I was suppose to have a jetted tub l. Have switched rooms but the entire hotel does not have hot water. I paid for the room and it is non refundable. So now im stuck in a regular room that i way over paid for watching cockroaches crawl all over the place and could only take an i e cold shower. No slightly warm water just straight cold. This is the most unpleasant unresolved stay ive had at any hotel.

Property is ready to fall apart with the outside having rotten wood. And there were ROACHES in our room. The front desk lady and her brother were very nice.

Great staff sub par room

The staff was amazing in every aspect. The room was very dirty , WiFi was excellent staff came and helped as best they could the manager was awesome but just could not overcome the dirty room
Joseph, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This motel should not be listed as a motel. It's an old boarding house that has been transformed into an apartment complex.

2/10 Terrible

generally felt unsafe. cockroaches in room, holes in walls, peephole shattered, fur covering the toilet, reeked of smoke although it was a nonsmoking room. singes and blood on the sheets, dents in the door. building was dilapidated and creepy, but in a terrible spot so it’s hard to find. don’t believe the photos, they’re at least a decade old. the lady at the desk was very nice though, she offered another room but it just wasn’t worth the risk.
Meghan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Very out dated. Bed bugs in the bathroom. Killed three of them
Megan, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

No breakfast!!
James, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the bathtub hot water was tepid at best. However the vanity sink had warmer water. The air conditioner worked well but was dripping water onto the carpet so at some point it may cause a mildew problem. Check-in was fast and easy, the staff was so friendly and kind. Nice quiet area for a restful nights sleep.
Jackie, 2-night trip

The staff was friendly and elderly. Couldnt use the computer so had to call manager to checkbin

DO NOT STAY HERE!! If I could give this Inn zero stars I would. We didn’t even make it five hours in the room before we demanded a refund. I don’t even know where to begin. My fiance and I thought we would give it a shot because it was relatively cheap and the photos looked nice. The driveway to the place is a typical West Virginia drive: very steep, but we couldn’t find it at first because the signs pointed to side roads and not up the hill. Once we did find the place it was rundown and looked sketchy. The lady at the check in desk (who sleeps on a futon in the office), didn’t know how to use the computer and took 15 minutes to try to figure out our total for 4 nights. Whatever it happens. She also had an attitude whenever we interacted with her. The room itself was horrid. The first thing we experienced with the nasty smell of cigarette smoke in our nonsmoking room that has caused all our belongings to reek after only five hours. Then I ran to the bathroom, as one does after a long road trip, and the bathroom floor was soaking wet and the toilet water was turned off. So I turned it on only to find it was off because it leaked steadily onto the floor. The walls in the bathroom were rotten with holes in them, and the ceiling tile was missing, exposing insulation and piping. The lights above the sink were missing a bulb, and there was a legit moldy ceiling tile in the corner. And the air conditioner, once it kicked off, literally poured water into the room and onto my fiancés

I should have slept in car! Don’t believe the pictures posted an here or internet.

4/10 Poor

The property is very run down. There were dead bugs in the room, badly stained lineds, garbage and trash all around the property. The room was not cleaned properly at all, the refrigerator didn't work. I could go on. The only good to say about this place was the staff was very kind and friendly.
Samantha, 1-night trip
