When we booked a room on Expedia that didn’t match rooms the hotel currently had available, the staff was more than accommodating to make sure our stay was still enjoyable. Centrally located between the shops and market on Decatur for daytime roaming and the night life of bourbon st. Parking is limited but we stayed when it wasn’t that busy and had no issue parking in the provided garage about an 8 min walk from the hotel. Just a basic place to sleep with no frills which was all we needed. We didn’t come to NOLA for hotel breakfast or hanging out at a pool anyway. Would stay here again!

Just ok.
The customer service and location are the biggest selling points to this hotel. The rooms are just ok and really in need of major renovation. If they do that this place is really going to be a great stay.

It is on a quiet edge of the french Quarter.
Unusually for the area, it has private parking in a locked garage about 5 minutes walk away.
I think we were upgraded to a top floor room with a balcony. The room was fine, not terribly big, but the balcony was an absolute delight! Covered; on 2nd floor (3rd in USA); great view down street; sun morning and evening.
All staff on desk very friendly.

Super friendly desk staff. This place is dated and old dirty.. Our air conditioner had a build up of black mold in it. I would have traded properties if we could have. Nice area but I would not return here.

Cozy, Relaxed, Welcoming Stay
For myself and my party, we had an excellent stay. The staff was relaxed and extremely helpful when I needed to park my rental car for a day. I appreciated the long standing history and spiritual energy all around the neighborhood. For folks with inquiring curious minds and those who appreciate the past and love a cozy room (#303) and a cute balcony view outside your door, the this hotel is for you!

Wonderful hotel! We stayed with two of our adult children and loved it! It falls perfectly between the French Market and Bourbon street. There's so much history there. It's small, since it was built in the 1800's. If you're looking to stay in an authentic New Orleans home, this is it. If you are looking for a modern hotel, this one is not for you. We will definitely be back!

My first time staying on the opposite side of the quarter away from canal street. I liked it as it was less crazy yet still offered the charm of the quarter.

The hotel itself was very nice. Everything was clean and the service was great. I really liked the decor and vibe the old building has. Parking is limited so i had to park on the street, where my tesla recorded a grown man defacating next to my car, but honestly that could have happened anywhere in nola. Other than that 10/10 would stay there again!

This property may have been nice at some point, but is very run down now. Carpeting is nasty and it hasn't been painted in years. The only positive thing I can say is the bed and A/C were good.
