The only problem is their AC. The control system do not accept temperature changes. We program 77 Fahrenheit and the AC give 69. The people are really too friendly . The clean was perfect

The toilet have problem for hombres. If we seat our male pin is touching the water. The room was 343. I explained this problem to the security man. The room do not was to comfortable. The TV was in do not good position for two persons. The streets out side hotel is really to bad , to much trash, I want to return next month but please take care. Thanks

Reception and bellboy were very nice, but the restaurant staff, abysmal. There were no less than 3 manager/supervisors on the floor with literally 3 tables max doing everything BUT paying attention to their guests. It was literally the worst restaurant service in 15 years since I've lived in Mexico. The hotel room was comfortable.

In general the hotel is ok. But, in our room there were some inconveniences that were so good. The first time that we open the shower the water was dirty. The hot water was in the opposite side, to cold water was hot option. There was no tv service, we couldn't see any tv channel. The room was so cold at night and when we turn on the AC to keep warm this one was not working fine. The check in was excellent because we did it before at the hour mentioned.
