This was my 2nd time to stay at Tropical Suites. The rooms are big and clean, food is very good, only hotel with a pool. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tropical Suites, if you will be in Bocas.

Great hotel, would stay there again

There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane.

Fantastic stay!

This place was absolutely fantastic, right from the moment of check in with Lacey, the booking of a day tour, the great food the restaurant had, excellent massages and room service. The room was simply great, very comfortable bed and bedding, with a great patio view of the sea.

I don't really have anything bad to say about this place. It was accommodating. Great facilities. Great rooms. Friendly staff helpful. Felt Trustworthy definitely recommended for a home base in bocas del Toro.

Bocas town is not clean ( a lot of construction and road work), but this hotel is very clean and safe! I highly recommend staying here! The food is delicious ( make sure you sign up for the breakfast!), the pool is heavenly, and the staff are very welcoming and kind. I recommend an ocean view room if available; the porch is delightful. Rooms are spacious. The hotel is very conveniently located. 5 stars!

Smelled like sewage as soon as I stepped outside or opened a door. Lots of construction in area caused pools of water to collect in streets and sidewalks. Wow! I couldn’t wait to leave Bocas.

Hotel muito bonito, limpo, novo e confortável. Bem no centro, perto de tudo. Qualidade acima da média. Perto de bares, então tem um pouco de música ao redor a noite, mas é normal para a região. Ficaria novamente COM CERTEZA! Dá pra ir e voltar a pé do aeroporto!

We had a beatiful room with a porch facing the street but with trees and foliage blocking the street for the most part. Nice comfortable chairs on the porch. Disappointed it didn't face the water but after talking to others I think we got a better room. Room was beautiful with little kitchen. No microwave which would have been nice but a stove. Staff were great. Lovely bar and pool area overlooking the ocean.
