Controle de hóspedes fraquíssimo:
O manobrista do estacionamento trancou o meu veículo. Esperei por quase 1h30 para conseguir sair e a recepção ligou de apartamento por apartamento para tentar encontrar o dono do veículo que trancava a vaga.
Sai do hotel com meu veículo danificado por culpa da irresponsabilidade do estacionamento terceirizado pelo hotel.
Quarto mal conservado e móveis belhos, toalhas de banho fedendo fumaça de fogo a lenha. Tive nojo de sentar no sofá disponível que aparenta “ensebado”.

Prédio antigo, mal cheiro no banheiro, Wi-Fi instável, ar-condicionado muito antigo e pouco eficaz, TV que não é smart e uma cama apenas ok.
Além disso, eu já havia pago a reserva online e não constava lá ao fazer check in. Demorou uns dez minutos para resolver.
Não compensa, realmente há outras opções próximas com um custo-benefício muito superior.
O café da manhã, apesar de nada demais, foi o único ponto positivo.

Bom, porém…
O hotel é bom, bem localizado, limpo, porém houveram algumas situações que me chamaram atenção. A primeira foi que havia reservado 2 quartos pelo hotéis.com e ao chegar lá só havia uma reserva no sistema deles. Mostrei o aplicativo e o funcionário do dia 31/02/25 do período das 18h disse que resolveria e estava tudo certo para que assim que minha família chegasse esse quarto estaria ok. Minha família acabou chegando no dia seguinte 01/02 onde um atendente do hotel não conseguiu nos atender da mesma maneira. Colocou em andar diferente, cobrou meia diária a mais e disse que era seu primeiro dia, mas totalmente sem educação. Enfim… o hotel não deveria pagar por maus funcionários. Outro ponto foi os elevadores que claramente estão com problemas, fechando a porta em cima da gente e fazendo muitos barulhos qdo está em movimento( assustador eu diria). Mas é um bom hotel para se hospedar, bem espaçoso os quartos, acomodando bem uma família.
