Lynda, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Excellent hotel with really good breakfast thrown in, free parking, in a lovely part of the city.
David, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The hotel is really clean and the bed was very comfy. There are extra tea bags, biscuits & milk bags on every level which is a nice touch. The breakfast had several options, my breakfast wasn’t the best but my boyfriends was better. The car park gets very busy & it can be difficult to park. Would recommend.
Stephanie, 2-night trip

Nice location near the botanical Gardens (and walkable from the Octagon, where I was attending an event). Clean, quiet, free parking, and breakfast included

Philip, 1-night trip

BILL, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The room was a little small but beautifully decorated and extremely clean. They has left a small window open to ley cool air in since this hotel does not have AC and it has been a bit hot.
Lisa, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

A great stay, friendly staff, smart room and breakfast in a fabulous location.
Mike, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Ideal for weekend trip. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Short walk to nice pubs.
David, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The staff are always helpful and it's in a nice area. We arrived late Sunday afternoon and found that there was much debris remaining from the previous day, glasses not even cleared, cigarette butts lying around and the garden not tidied. This was a major detractor from the hotel ambiance.
Susan, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Everything a boutique hotel should be. I stay there often and will certainly be going back again.

Quick overnight stay , lovely location, very clean and comfortable. Rooms could do with some air conditioning though as they are very hot
Kevin, 1-night trip

A great price for a lovely room and stay. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had and the toaster was actually efficient. We would recommend this hotel
Susan, 1-night trip

Jamie, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

One night stay. Friendly, welcoming, clea etc. Bar food was lovely, as was breakfast. Room was ok.
Brian, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Really comfortable stay.

Check in very good and quick. Parking a bit hit and miss and would expect there to be problems if the hotel was full. Very clean room and excellent bathroom. Everything worked as it should. Would stay here again without a second thought.
Nigel, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Staff were very friendly , I stayed in the “suite” which I wouldn’t have described as a suite. It was a large, pleasant room with a sofa. Room was clean and comfortable although very warm and there was no AC. I had a basic meal in the bar, overpriced but fine quality. Enjoyed a nice beer. I have nothing to complain about and was perfectly happy with my stay, but I think it is a stretch to say this is a 4* hotel, I think in terms of managing expectations if you were to think of it as a 3* you would be quite happy. There is no luxury, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for a night.
James, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place to stay
