The hotel is very well located and looks fairly new. Upon check-in, they told us breakfast wasn't included. I had to show them my Expedia reservation, which stated it was included. The room was decent and clean. The view wasn't very nice, but they might have better ones. Forget about watching TV, the cable or satellite service is terrible. Breakfast was okay.

Hotel is in a great location but my room was dark, the view was three walls of nearby buildings which restricted any sunlight. I could not see what the weather was like without going to the lobby. Breakfast had limited options, never any bacon or sausage but good selection of fruit and cheeses. Bed was very comfortable.

I booked the room with the city view. Unfortunately, we couldn't see anything because there were many building were blocking it. It's not even a convenience location. But the front desk is very friendly. Not the dining staff.

This hotel was comfortable, had a great breakfast, and most of the staff were wonderful. Our main complaint was that the climate control is the same for every room as they either run AC for the entire hotel or heat. You cannot control your own temperature, so even in winter we woke up hot on our first night. The front desk lady gave us an attitude and said to open a window, which wasn't an option because they street below was noisy all hours of the night. She also got onto us for taking our towels to the beach even though we brought them back clean. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here. Restaurants are within walking distance and parking was free along the street.

Unfortunatley this hotel has gone down in quality in the last few years. We have stayed here many times but this time we were very disappointed in the staff and room. We were put in a room where the bathroom lights were burnt out. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day and our options were to move our things to a new room (and go down to the desk for the new keys) or wait for the repairman. We opted to move to a new room. I had asked that the staff confirm that the room was ready for occupancy. All was fine until the following morning when we were in a hurry and there were no bath towels. We called the front desk and were told that there were no housekeeping staff to bring us towels and to come down stairs to get them.
