Check-in was very prompt and smooth. The front desk was extensive about what amenities the hotel offers. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast service. We were told that the breakfast service was until 11 am. When we went downstairs to the lobby at 10:30 am, breakfast service was all put away.

location was excellent with regard to downtown Lawrence access. great staff. our room was above the garage which has a door which must be activated to enter. that was a dissatisfier, especially at 2 in the morning. all in all, a positive experience.

Wonderful staycation. The best breakfast I’ve ever eaten at a hotel. They are very clean and meticulous. Awesome pool. Bed was a bit too firm. I couldn’t get enough hot water in the morning for a hot bath. That was a bit disappointing. Everything else was perfect. The front desk guy was really nice and helpful.

Love the courtyard. The bed was good. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast variety has gone downhill a bit lately. They clean it up and put it away early sometimes. The juice machine was out. Not enough milk cartons. No raw sugar or real half and half. Everything else is almost perfect!
