The hotel has a good location to move around the city. Free Coffee from 8 to 10am, very friendly staff, easy check in and very clean. They have beverages and snacks available at the lobby, so that wprks great.

I’m giving the property an overall rating of 3 stars only because the bed in our room was extremely hard. Made it impossible to get good rest but if it wasn’t for that this place would be rated 5 stars as everything else is excellent.

This was my second stay in as many years at Ayenda Frida Costa Azul. I had a wonderful stay there just like last year. I personally want to thank Alicia and Diego for accommodating me with a special request (muchas gracias). Because of people like them, I will keep coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Mexico City. In addition, the hotel is perfectly situated and just a few blocks from the historic center as well as the Metro.

The hotel was clean, and staff very helpful. Our room was very noisy - windows don't really dampen the road noise. They do offer ear plugs. Water cooler very welcome.

Nothihg I never been in that hotel . They sending to me to another hotel Ayenda Los Colorines Coyoacan in Mexico City the building is for sale I had a nightmare. I need my full refund of my money plus the other expenses for the situation like paid another Hotel and taxi for been in the inexistent hotel Ayenda Los Clorines .
