Brandon, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good location!! Easy access to the transit
alyha, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Trip to Bklyn House

Really close to multiple Subway lines so getting about was nice and easy. There were plenty of food places in the area so the location was pretty damn good. Room was comfortable and had all required
M, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Basic but good value and in great location.
Jason, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Staff was not Supportive. Staff started to check me in and then another member of the staff started talking to him, he decided they were more important, fine, but after a while I no longer wanted to wait since i was in the middle of being helped. Would not rec staying here or using Hotels.com. No one actually cares
Christopher, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

1. Did not have wash cloths the first night 2. Front door was extremely hard to open (I guess due to warping in the floor??) 3. Shower water took forever to get hot 4. Elevator moved at an absolute snails pace. 5. Tv antenna worked sometimes
Justin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

good place for affordable price, friendly staff/service
Elanor, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was very helpful. I needed directions to get to Manhattan and Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful explaining how to get there and where the subway was. It’s in a good location too with lots of good options nearby and some that are open 24/7 also. I would stay here again
Nicole, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good Value, True Brooklyn Experience

The front desk staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Water filter machine downstairs was great, microwaves for use. Super easy walk to the subway station. Food options abound in the neighborhood.
Michael, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

We were initially sent to the wrong room and had to go back to the lobby (elevator super slow) to find our actual room. The room is clean but that’s all it has going for it. Basically an undecorated dorm room. Bare bones and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth $350 for a Saturday night.
Shelly, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Internet is only available for phones. My laptop can't access the internet using their network. It is advertised to have fridge in the room but we have to request it for our room. Towels are incomplete too
MERLVIN, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It was iight, not too bad. Definitely great food options around there
Jason, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Not a five star but they do their job……which is all you can ask for the price you pay. Train around the corner. Staff was great…..And my stay was good.
Jeffery, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The place to stay if you’re not high on yourself.
Ronald, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

the room was as advertised. simple and basic but clean. AC was good. Bed was fine. Overall good value.
David, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

It’s right next to the M and J train as well as multiple buses and there are many food spots nearby as well as a Walgreens. The only thing id say was strange was that the shower didn’t have a curtain or sliding glass door to prevent water from going out, so we ended up just putting a ton of towels on the floor to soak up the water that did get out.
The part of the shower that is just open stays open as there is no sliding glass door or curtain.
Michael, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great
Tammy, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It's convenient. It's near a train and bus stop. Lots of shops nearby too
Darvious, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We had a good stay. The hotel was clean and well kept. Walking distance to the subway.
Lisseth Joanna, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

A good bang for the buck stat

Came in town for a scientific meeting and was looking for something not breaking the bank. True it is outside Manhattan, but it was a great experience seeing a piece of Brooklyn, with the lines M and J easily accessible to reach Manhattan. The only caveat I had was about the pillows. They are extra hard, a soft pillow would have been welcomed.
Abraham, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was large for NY, but our floor was filthy-see photo. Surrounding area was sketchy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Floor was dusty and dirty, right where door opens to hallway
David, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

No early check in even though rooms were ready
Ashlee, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Simple but very stylish decor. No frills like coffeemaker in the room. Very clean and the beds and pillows were very good. The location is good with a few minutes walk to the subway, but otherwise the surroundings are not interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Gertrud, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The elevator in this hotel is absolutely horrible in the time it takes to wait on it . Staff and guest should use separate elevators, or install another one
