Excellent location. The cliffs were a great place to be. Perfect place to enjoy the sunsets on the North Shore. Very close to the Princeville market center for all the groceries needs and some good eating options. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliff's and hope to be back there soon!

I /we enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs The rooms were large, beds firm comfortable and the units were easy accessable .. Parking was easy but the parking fee was a little high. The gym was a bit small and didnt have enough equiptment. Our overall stay was incredable . The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definatley stay at this property in the future.

The pool was nicer than we thought. Wished they informed us of sitting near the cliffs, that chairs were available. The refrigerator was too big for the kitchen, the door would hit the counter across it. Wished there was a futon for the master bedroom. A futon that could easliy be stored in the closet. other than that it was a nice stay :)

Had flies in the condo that we couldn’t figure out why. Dead flies everywhere, lots of them! No in room coffee except one small bag for one person for one day. We paid way too much to not even get daily coffee.

As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. Hard to find. Had a great stay. Will come back again.

Communication from front desk was absolutely atrocious. Housekeeping showed up and attempted to enter the property several times. Coffee grinder requested for two days in a row and never delivered.

Looking for quiet & comfortable? The Cliffs is it!

This was our first trip to HI as a couple. We definitely fell in love with Kauai! And Princeville was a great call for being quiet and low-key. The Cliffs provided nice accommodations for our week long stay. The overall condition of the room was fine, but it could have been cleaner (dishes, headboard, etc). The soap dispenser in the dishwasher didn't seem to work properly, but the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beach chairs and cooler was a sweet bonus, but they should be cleaned for new guests. And while the parking lot was full, it was never a problem finding a spot near our unit. Property staff was friendly and accessible. And thank you, Hotels.com, for checking in with us to make sure we got our VIP gift. As a matter of fact, we got a few additional things along with the bottle of wine! So all things considered, we would definitely stay at The Cliffs again.

View is great from the cliff and the area of Prineville is absolutely lovely. Spacious unit but desperately needs a remodel. Service is next to zero. No front desk when we arrived in the evening. There is an outsourced concierge who gave poor advice and lead to a last minute cancellation. All in all, great area but don’t stay here.
